Is Starter really free during beta?+
Yes. No credit card, no hidden caps. During public beta we want real teams using Omnia on real books — your feedback is what gets us to 1.0. When billing turns on we will email all beta users with at least 30 days notice and honor your beta pricing for the first paid term.
What happens when beta ends?+
Your data stays exactly where it is — same login, same org. If the Starter tier keeps meeting your needs (5 users, 1 entity) you continue at the final Starter price. If you need Growth or Enterprise you upgrade with one click or one call. No migrations, no data export.
Are there usage caps during beta?+
The AI analyst has per-user rate limits (roughly 300 queries / day) to keep latency low. Ledger volume is uncapped during beta — run your full books. We may reach out if a single org crosses ~10M transactions / month so we can scale capacity for you.
What counts as a "user"?+
Anyone who logs into your Omnia org. Accountants, external auditors, and CPAs can be invited with read-only roles and do count toward your seat total. Portal users (vendors, customers using invoice portals) do not.
Can I bring my historical data?+
Yes. Omnia imports trial balances, chart of accounts, customers/vendors, and open invoices from CSV on day one. Deeper migrations (per-JE historicals, multi-year close data) are included on Growth and Enterprise onboarding.
Can we cancel anytime?+
Yes on monthly plans. Annual plans are prepaid; cancellations take effect at the end of the term. You can export your full data as CSV + JSON at any time.
Do you offer nonprofit / education discounts?+
Yes — 50% off Growth for registered 501(c)(3) and accredited education institutions. Mention it on the sales call.
